Chef Michael Rolchigo

A graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with degrees in both Culinary and Pastry Arts. During my Culinary externship at the Famous Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, New Jersey I was placed in a temporary position as a pastry chef assistant.

This is where I realized the importance of a Chef being able to execute pastry at a professional level. Upon my graduation at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde park New York, I decided to move forward with my education and enroll in the Pastry program and graduated obtaining both Culinary and Pastry Art Degrees.
